And Again it's no lavish suite but a quiet, decent non semen covered, ROACH FREE MOTEL that will provide an adequate shelter to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter, with a bed, 28in flat screen(NO cable) and a serviceable bathroom.
This place is nasty, reeks of piss & crawling with bugs. This place needs to be shutdown.
Now by no means is it the Hilton, hell it's not even close to a Motel 6!! :-) LMAO!! :-) But none the less it is a descent efficiency, fairly priced at $40a night $272.20 a week with a $50 deposit. Especially compared to other motel prices(about $300-$380per week $60-$80per night) in a 10mile radius and those are primarily in Harford co, and nearest one in Baltimore county is Towson's East and Colony inn on Pulaski Hwy; which both are mainly rented by the hour barely sanitised and I imagine covered in Semen and God only knows what other body fluids and secretions!!! EEEeWwwEw!!! :-) :-p yuck!!
The crazy women who's owns it goes in and out of ur room while ur gone and touches all ur stuff unplugs cell phone chargers and stuff and god forbid someone visits u she shoos them out at the driveway it's the worst place I have ever stayed there is no privacy what so ever.... I would say only stay here as a last resort it's the worst motel in Baltimore county

Mrs. Sue and Mr. William run the motel in Kingsville (4miles to/from Harford Mall & 4 to/from Perry Hall) and they are very reasonable, kind and fair. Mr.William does a thorough job cleaning the rooms and keeping the property well maintained and presentable.

The staff here is ridiculous, I came back from being out and they were in my room after specifically telling them that we didn't need anything, and that they don't need to come in. This place is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I would not recommend it to anyone.
