We needed a new pool liner to replace an old liner that has been leaking throughout the season. We called Van Dorn and spoke with Marty. A technician came out the next day to see the pool and determine if a liner replacement is all out pool needed. Marty contacted us with the estimate and went through everything that would be done with or liner replacement. This was a very nice experience and we will be returning to Van Dorn for all of our future pool needs.

Several months ago, my wife and I started looking into purchasing a hot tub. After visiting several establishments, and having someone come to our house and discuss the benefits and price of what we wanted, we were disappointed in what we saw and how much they cost. We decided to visit the “Van Dorn” pool and spa store located at 12000 Bel Air Road in Kingsville. We where pleasantly surprised by the friendliness and honesty of Marty and his staff. After a short discussion, we were invited to come back and actually tryout the tub we were interested in buying. The hot tub was perfect for our needs, and we got a good price and excellent support in having it delivered and set up. I would highly recommend “Van Dorn” to anyone. They stand behind their sales, and the support system for maintaining their hot tubs is top notch!

My wife and I purchased our pool from Van Dorn in March or this year! We shopped at several pool places around the Baltimore Co. and Harford Co. area. What we found at Van Dorn was a knowledgeable staff that knew everything I wanted to know about a buying and owning swimming pool. After deciding to purchase from Van Dorn the rest of the process was almost seamless. The install was done in less then one day and the install crew very friendly and took painstaking efforts to make sure the pool was installed perfectly and they didn't leave until my pool was filled and running! Once the weather was finally warmed enough to swim we discovered that the ladder that came with our pool was the wrong ladder and wasn't high enough and we were planning a pool party for the upcoming weekend. I contacted Marty who had this issue corrected in less than two days.. I cant say enough about Marty and the OUTSTANDING customer service at Van Dorn Pools. We highly recommend if you are looking for a pool or pool supplies stop in and ask for Marty.. You wont be disappointed!!
