I like to know that businesses that I support are in turn supporting local community. IT DOES. This family business has been in this area since 1979. George, Geo Jr, Paul, Ken, and Mike are friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. Diagnostic team is terrific. The Used car staff is no pressure and will get you the car you want if it's not on the lot. Michele at the counter is friendly and helpful.

I guess it evens itself out. I gave them a good review in the past. But this time it could've been extremely costly. They say I need $3500 worth of work, because my transmission was failing. They said it wasn't worth fixing and I might as well get another car because it had 150,000 miles. My wife suggested I get a second opinion, and I'm glad I did. It ended up being a wheel bearing. Not too long ago G & M supposedly fixed my wheel bearings. So now only paying $600 at the dealership it's a lot cheaper than having to buy another car. I think George in the group are very nice, but this became very discouraging and I doubt I will return.

George Sr. Is a Mountain Man! To do business with His team is a blessing. If you find yourself there, trust in the fact that Jesus had everything to do with that.

I wish I could share a zero star. I have waited thinking that my experience was unique until a similar experience happened to a friend. I would rather not be blamed for NOT speaking up. Not all those that claim to operate a Christian business do. It would be better to not say anything if dishonestly and overcharging is customary. I was over charged, stem caps and lug nuts missing when the vehicle was returned, warranty for mistakes they made not honored, and the problem still persisted. Took the vehicle to another shop who did not claim to be Christian and the repair was determined and complete for a fraction of what I had already spent with G&M. this was not the only time! Had a water pump installed just to have that install fail 2 months after. I had enough and did not even trust them to warranty that. Sad way to do business folks. If you don't know what you are doing, there is no embarrassment in being that honest. That being said... I am the only one I can blame for giving them a second chance. Never again.

They are always a pleasure to work with.
